Lucid is GORGEOUS. This is my fav for deep meditation and ritual work. It has a calm but truly inspiring and creative energetic force. Thank you Zum Garden!

I am very pleased with the products that I ordered. I really like the lucid blend. I find it calming and allows me to feel more present in my life, especially when I'm feeling stressed and having ruminating thoughts. The micro milk tastes great and provides a very subtle sort of lift in mood and focus. I have been very satisfied with all the products I've tried from ZumGarden so far!

I was hesitant to try the Lucid, as I am new to this. I have been taking the lower doses for a couple of weeks and love them, but I wanted to go a bit deeper with my meditation and yoga practice. I tried Lucid before an evening yin class and found I could move so much more consciously into my body and feel all my muscles and breathe flowing together. Lucid comes with me to all my practices now and has really unlocked new levels of awareness.
