- Sharper focus
- Long-lasting concentration
- And profound mindfulness...
…For those that need it most.
Let’s get to it!
Breaking Down The Study:
(Made Easy!)
A recent study from Maastricht University is challenging what we thought we knew about ADHD treatment.
The pioneering work led researchers to discover that small, consistent doses of psychedelic substances significantly enhance mindfulness.
So why is this exciting for those of us with ADHD?
Because the study, “mindfulness” as: A state of heightened awareness and attention to the present moment.
Being more:
- Aware
- Attentive
- And present...
…is valuable for everyone.
But it has the potential to be life-changing for those struggling with ADHD!
Microdosing for Mindfulness:
A Closer Look
For individuals with ADHD, reaching a state of mindfulness can be particularly challenging, thanks to classic symptoms like:
- Impulsivity
- Restlessness
- Feelings of impatience
- Difficulties coping with stress
- And issues with concentration
However, the study from Maastricht University found significant improvements in “trait mindfulness” –
Or the inherent ability to remain mindful throughout daily life.
In fact, after just 4 weeks of microdosing, participants’ mindfulness scores were consistent with those of the general population.
This exciting development suggests that microdosing isn’t just effective for managing the symptoms of ADHD…
But also a powerful ally for creating a greater sense of presence, attentiveness, and contentment in day-to-day life.
Final Thoughts
Maastricht University’s study is a beacon of hope for those grappling with ADHD.
This study is yet another example of the potential waiting for us at the intersection of:
- Plant medicine
- Traditional wisdom
- And modern science.
As these worlds continue to collide, we expect to see even more exciting breakthroughs that move us toward healing, health, and happiness.
Until then, keep watering your mind!
