Never in my life did I think I would become a microdoser. Becoming a parent has been the best and absolute hardest job. I've suffered from really bad PPD as well as ongoing depression and anxiety. I was hesitant to try the Lucid, as I am new to this. I have been taking the lower doses for a couple of weeks and love them, but I wanted to go a bit deeper with my meditation and yoga practice.
